BONDED™ appointments must be pre-booked online. BONDED™ appointments often book out back to back; for this reason, we recommend booking in advance to secure your appointment.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your appointment to complete our safety waiver. We allow 20 minutes for each BONDED™ appointment to review the safety requirements, select the available styles and complete this service safely and securely.

We can weld one bracelet per appointment. If you would like to add a second bracelet we recommend booking a second appointment. 

We can safely weld one bracelet for one person per appointment. If you would like to share this experience with a loved one or friend, we recommend booking consecutive appointments. 

Due to the nature of growing wrists, the minimum age requirement for our BONDED™ service is 13 years old. Persons aged 13-16 are required to be accompanied by a guardian to receive this service.

Yes, these bracelets are delicate they will not trigger the airport security.

Consult your doctor to see if you need to have them removed before a medical procedure. If it needs to be removed, we recommend bringing it back to us for us to have it safely removed at no cost. If you were to remove it yourself, please make sure that it is cut at the jumpring (with cutting pliers) and not the main chain.

We require a $30 deposit to secure your appointment. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours, late attendance or no-show, it will not be refundable.

BONDED™ chains have been uniquely designed to ensure these can be welded correctly. Not all of our bracelets with a clasp can be BONDED™ permanently.

Yes, we can make your piece non-permanent at a service fee of $35. Kindly book your appointment here.

We only add on charms to SOAMI's bracelets. Charms cannot be purchased separately or added onto other bracelets not purchased from SOAMI.

You can choose between 14k Yellow and White Gold Vermeil.

Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold bonded to a base material of solid sterling silver. We use 2.5microns of gold plating. This ensures that there is at least 5% of solid gold in the product. Gold vermeil is the primary material choice for SOAMI, cherished for its enduring quality and accessible price point, allowing you to effortlessly express your unique style throughout the changing trends and seasons.

All our chains are hypoallergenic and gentle to skin, but please take note before proceeding should you have skin allergies to 14-karat gold or sterling silver.

9k Solid Yellow and White Gold coming soon.

Currently, we do not offer rose gold. As an alternative, customers can select yellow gold which has a similar shade.

Yes, our range of charms are designed to be attached to all chains.

Yes it is possible. Depending on your lifestyle and the amount of care taken when wearing your BONDED™ piece, breakage or stretching may occur.

If you think your chain has stretched, and it is within our 1-month warranty period, please book an Aftercare appointment to get it tightened.

In the case of breakage within our 1-month warranty period, and you still have your chain, please reach out to our customer care team at SOAMI chat inbox located at the bottom right corner of our website or book an Aftercare appointment and our team can assess whether or not your piece can be re-welded.

Avoid contact with Chlorine chemicals which can be found in swimming pools, hot tubs and household cleaning supplies, as exposure can cause the jewellery to become brittle and prone towards breakage. If exposure occurs, rinse the chain thoroughly with fresh water and pat dry to avoid any damage.

BONDED™ Aftercare appointments are available for your chain to be tightened, re-soldered onto the wrist, or in case you would like to add any additional charms.

Yes, bracelets can be removed by cutting the small jump ring where the chain was originally BONDED™.

We can do so at no charge.

If you would like to have your bracelet re-welded, we suggest booking an Aftercare appointment and bringing your chain with you on the day.

To clean your BONDED™ Bracelet, we suggest gently rinsing it with warm soapy water and a soft cloth and patting it dry.

When in constant contact with your body, Silver maintains its shine by your skin's natural oils.

If your BONDED™ bracelet has gone missing within the first 1 month of getting it bonded, please Chat with us. Please include your full name, contact number, and Order number.

If your piece gets snagged or breaks, we will do our best to repair it for you. Please note, outside of its warranty, we do not replace, reimburse or refund for lost chains. 

Gold Vermeil

When gold vermeil jewellery is worn constantly, natural wear and tear occurs that could fade the thick gold plating of the jewellery item. The base material is solid silver, when exposed, the skin's natural oils retain its shine and does not cause tarnishing.

Please refer to your booking confirmation email, which includes the option to 'Reschedule your Appointment'. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment.

BONDED™ appointments can be cancelled up to 12 hours before your appointment time by contacting our customer care team at SOAMI chat inbox located at the bottom right corner of our website.

In the event of cancellation after this time, or late attendance or no-show, the booking deposit of $30 will be charged as cancellation fee.

If you are running late, we will try our best to accommodate your appointment, however, please note this cannot be guaranteed.

If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we will no longer be able to accommodate you and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Additionally, a cancellation fee of $30 will be applicable and your deposit will be forfeited.
